What we often find is that in order to make space in our lives for the
things we truly want it is often beneficial to give up or get rid of
some things. Below you will find a check list/process that we trust
you will find helpful in assisting you to create more space in your
life in such a way that your life is greatly simplified. While the focus
of this check list is on the physical space, we believe you will find
that it will parallel other aspects of your life also. Enjoy...
In doing the "House Sweep 100/1000,"
you are to go through your house, room, office, and/or garage twice
at each level.
- The first time through, throw away items that have no value, are
broken, i.e. trash.
- The second time, pull items that have some value, but no longer
to you (these are not items you would throw into the trash, because
they could be used or of value to someone else). These items you will
bag/box and donate to your favorite charity.
Then do a second sweep and repeat the process
with another 100 items, and so on until you have reached the level that
you are completely satisfied.
