DISC (Behavioral)
Certification Coaching Groups
DISC "CERTIFICATION-READY" GROUPS
These interactive sessions will prepare you to work more
effectively and confidently with the DISC behavioral assessments,
as well as to become prepared to take TTI's DISC Certification
Exam. (Coaching Dynamics is a certifying agent for TTI.)
We have a 100% success rate. When you do the assignment
each week, and actively participate in the sessions, we
guarantee you will be ready for certification. The certification
designation for this assessment is CPBA. Understanding the
language and dynamics of the advanced behavioral DISC model,
as well as its application, are stressed throughout the
program. Group size is very limited as these are accelerated
and intensive coaching sessions.

- DISC-73: Wednesday. January 7, 14, and 21 (5pm ET)
- DISC-74: Tuesday, March 3, 10, and 17 (3pm ET)

Personal
Interests, Attitudes and Values™ (PIA&V / Workplace
Motivators™) Certification Coaching Groups
These groups prepare you to work more effectively and
confidently with TTI's PIA&V (Personal Interests, Attitudes
and Values) assessment, as well as prepare you to take the
PIA&V Certification Exam, if you choose to do so. (Coaching
Dynamics is a certifying agent for TTI.) When you have done
the weekly assignments, and actively participated in the
sessions, we at Coaching Dynamics guarantee you will be
ready for the certification exam. . Group size is very limited
as these groups are accelerated and intensive coaching sessions.

360
Degree Feedback Process Coaching Groups
We refer to the 360 as the power tool for Corporate Coaches.
The focus is on the 360 feedback process, a customized feedback
assessment. While applicable to any 360, emphasis is placed
on dual factor 360's (which we have found gives the maximum
benefit for the person being coached). This group will include
understanding the 360 assessment process, critical considerations
of the 360 degree assessment, keys to design and delivery/administering
the assessment, feedback reports, and how to manage and
leverage the feedback into action-the Coach Approach.
As part of the learning process,
each participant will receive and experience a personal
360 degree feedback assessment.

Leveraging
Assessments 101 (LA101) -- "a 3 month Group Coaching
Experience."
LA101 is a "unique"
three-month coaching group designed to focus on leveraging
and marketing validated assessments to build your business/practice.
As we do with our individual coaching clients, in this
group, we focus first on what you want to create (i.e.,
your desired outcome or future state), and then we work
together as a group to assist and support you in developing
strategies and actions that will move you toward reaching
your goals and objectives. Please note this is an action-oriented
process! It is especially intended for those who are ready
to build a successful practice or business using assessments
as a strategic approach. How to leverage and integrate the
assessments into your business to build your coaching business
and/or to develop and optimize as a revenue stream is the
emphasis.
The design of this group is a three-month commitment (we
meet every other week via teleconference with in-between
contact). In the group sessions, the emphasis will be on
"how to" position yourself, exploring different
strategies, making commitments, taking action, being held
accountable to the group, and celebrating successes.
