Winston has extensive experience
in building high performance organizations ranging from facilitating
strategic re-engineering to team building, and delivery of focused
skill development training. Winston is recognized for his work
with various behavioral and value based assessments to assist
individuals and organizations in personal development and feedback
systems.
He is a Master Certified Coach, Professional Mentor Coach, Certified
Mentor Coach, and an instructor for Coach U and Corporate Coach
U International (CCUI) in the development and training of coaches.
He has developed and written training modules for coach training
programs/schools in the area of assessments and practice development.
Winston is also certified in "The Coaching Clinic,"
a corporate coach development training program.
Prior to retirement in mid 1996 as Vice President Human Resources
from Huntsman, a $4+ billion international corporation, his corporate
experience included almost 9 years with Huntsman and 21 years
in various Human Resource leadership positions with Shell.
Winston earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University, Baton
Rouge Louisiana and Master of Business Administration from Loyola
University, New Orleans. He has completed the University of California's
Senior Human Resource Leadership program and is a graduate of
both Coach U and Corporate Coach U International.
